MSC Cyberport Sdn. Bhd. (MSC Cyberport) partners with JuniAsia Sdn. Bhd. (JuniAsia), a knowledge-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and contact centre services consulting provider, to build a sustainable call centre industry within Iskandar Malaysia in the State of Johor.
A joint venture term sheet was signed recently to seal the partnership between MSC Cyberport and JuniAsia. The two organizations were represented by Mr. Ganesh Kumar Bangah, the CEO of MSC Cyberport and Mr. Syed Saadun Tarek Wafa, the Executive Chairman of JuniAsia Group.
The new joint venture, “JuniAsia Cyberport” will manage and develop the state of the art hosted contact centre infrastructure which will be located at Menara MSC Cyberport, the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre and MSC Malaysia Incubator in the State of Johor.
JuniAsia Cyberport is offering flexible business models and service packages for both hosted contact centre and blended outsourcing options with competitive pricing. By leveraging on neighbouring Singapore’s position as the regional logistics and business hub, JuniAsia Cyberport’s nearshore and offshore outsourcing value propositions will provide attractive solutions for potential businesses outsourcing in the region. The upcoming regional data centre and MSC Malaysia Cybercity developments in the fast growing Iskandar Malaysia region will complement JuniAsia Cyberport’s contact centre value packages for one- stop regional business support requirements.
